1. Services
My Eva Enterprises provides professional mobile corporate and event massage services delivered by qualified therapists at workplaces, events, and agreed private locations.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A booking is only valid once confirmation has been provided by our team.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations should be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee depending on preparation and scheduling requirements.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure a safe, clean, and suitable environment for service delivery, including adequate space for therapists to work comfortably.
5. Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before treatment. Our services are for wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice.
6. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. A deposit or full payment may be required depending on the service type.
7. Liability
My Eva Enterprises is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or issues arising from undisclosed health information.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
