  1. General Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all services provided by My Eva Enterprises.

By confirming a booking, you agree to this policy.

 

  1. Deposits & Payments
    • Some bookings require a deposit or full payment in advance
    • Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed
    • Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received

 

  1. Cancellations

Standard Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance:
    →Eligible for rescheduling or credit
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours:
    →Deposit is forfeited
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-show:
    →Full payment may be charged or retained

 

 

 

Event Bookings

(Due to staffing and preparation requirements)

  • More than 72 hours notice:
    →Credit or reschedule possible
  • Less than 72 hours notice:
    →Deposit forfeited
  • Same-day cancellation:
    →Full amount may be charged

 

  1. Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Requests must be made within the applicable cancellation timeframe
  • Only one reschedulemay be permitted per booking

 

  1. Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed
  • There was a significant issue caused by MYEVA

 

  1. Late Arrival
  • If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened
  • Full payment still applies

 

  1. Refusal or Termination of Service

If a session is terminated due to:

  • Inappropriate behaviour
  • Unsafe conditions
  • Breach of Terms

→ No refund will be provided

 

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, emergencies, venue issues).
In such cases, we will aim to reschedule where possible.

 

  1. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
